Dawn has been a resident in the Lake Livingston Area since 1994. Working for Goehrs Properties since August 2012, her introduction to real estate was the catalyst to pursue a career where she can be of service to the community that has become her home. Customer service and attention to detail are a high priority in her business. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Dawn has pursued additional education in real estate to further her knowledge and expertise in the field after initial licensing in 2013. Her current real estate designations are GRI, CNE, SMP, and CSMS. Dawn is a member of the Houston Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
