About Us

  Goehrs Properties was established in March of 1995, but Allen and Susan Goehrs have been active in the Lake Livingston area since 1974.  In 1976, the couple purchased a weekend home in Cape Royale.  As their love of the area grew, Allen developed the Lake Oaks Landing subdivision in 1984.  There, Allen built their home and many others.  As the building business evolved, so did their vision for the community. 

  Goehrs Properties had a vision to be a full scale service real estate company.  They were the first real estate company in the county to participate in Houston Multiple Listing Service going worldwide.  Today, Goehrs Properties has a record with the Houston Association of Realtors as moving the largest volume of real estate sales in San Jacinto County.  Goehrs Properties has been recognized for producing several Top Producing Years for top 100 real estate companies in the Houston Area, as well as several Top Producing Agents.
